Managed by third and fourth generation fishmongers, we can now offer an even more comprehensive range of fresh fish and seafood. Wild Whitby Halibut, Wild Brill and Turbot, Dover Sole, Diver Caught Scallops, Fresh Fish and Seafood from all parts of the UK.
Cornish Fish is our speciality as the fish is caught by small, one day trip boats and this ensures the quality and freshness that Hillers demand.
We can prepare all fish to your requirements and offer suggestions and advice for that special meal. Come along and see us, the Fish Shop counter is only closed on a Monday but even then, fresh fish is available pre packed by us.
All our fish are caught from classified sustainable sources under strict control and adhere to the quota systems that are in place to protect overfishing.
We have fish-based events and cooking demonstrations throughout the year which will be posted on our website as they happen.
