Ragley Estate Produce

Much of the 5,600 acre Ragley Estate is dedicated to farming and food production. Each year, the flock of around 1000 sheep which graze the parkland produce lamb which is then provided as a year-round supply to our butchers. Venison, Partridge and Pheasant also come from across the estate, providing a lean, nutritious and tasty alternative to traditional butchers choices.

Butcher’s Counter

As you would expect from any quality butcher, our counter is also well-stocked throughout the year with a wide selection of beef, pork, chicken, and turkey available to order. Our team enjoy creating their own special joints and award-winning sausages, as well as responding to whatever requests our customers come up with.

As a complement to the ranges of meat, and by way of extra inspiration for how to serve them, the butcher also has a small but carefully chosen selection of cooking sauces and condiments. They are happy to advise on what works best – from cooking game to new ideas for old favourites.

Ragley Estate surrounds Hillers Farm Shop, and Ragley Hall is just a few minutes drive away. As well as producing meat for the farm shop, Ragley Farm is a large arable demonstration farm, using regenerative techniques to grow wheat, oats and barley for major food manufacturers, alongside specialist niche crops. The park and hall are home to large-scale national and international events, private and corporate functions, elaborate weddings and education visits.
